ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to change or cancel an order after you’ve placed it (24hrs).

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

To return by mail – Use the carrier of your choice. All returns must include a note that clearly indicates which items are being returned and reasoning for return/exchange . If this is not filled out correctly, your return/exchange may experience issues in processing. Email your tracking number to support@theurbansportsculture.com for both parties to have proof of the return.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a refund.

 We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

 

 

UPS , Fedex can not deliver to P.O. Box we suggest not using them for returns. If you use them and they do not deliver to the stores return address on top that is at your own risk and you will not be receiving a refund without the return of the item to the correct address on top.

 

∗Helpful Hint : Urbansports Culture is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in FATE, TX. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Also, email your tracking number to: support@theurbansportsculture.com. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Urbansports Culture will not issue refund.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

∗Items must be sent back and delivered to the return center within 30 days of the delivery date fail to do so will result in no refund and the store is not liable for returning the product back to customer.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant , smell and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
Items received with foul smells and not up to standard with returning policy will be discarded and the store is not held responsible for item (S).

Print and Design

Jersey Sizing

Please take a close look at our size chart. We go by are own jersey sizing and not by other big brand stores sizing. We will not be refunding for those returns only exchanging for the size of your choice.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately our Customer Care team via our email at support@theurbansportsculture.com.   Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages :

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery, (4) incorrect address is input at time of check out.

We are able to make changes to orders within 5 hours after order has been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
